Freakin' Gauntlet 2022

This event is 4 workouts performed in a row with a 3 min transition in between each one. Each Person on a team can register and pay individually. The first person to sign up will create and team and the rest will add themselves to the team. Teams must consist of half guys and half girls. You can compete with less than a full team as long as you have at least each gender on your team. You will not be able to see your heat time until everyone on the team has registered, signed the electronic waiver, and paid. Absolutely no refunds. Team members can be switched out if needed.

Strong Side (WOD1)

RX WOD 1: “Strong Side” (10min Cap) 40 Bench Press 185/105 10yrd Tire Flip 300lbs 10 Atlas Stone Over Yoke 175/115 10yrd Tire Flip 60 GHD Sit Ups 10yrd Tire Flip 10 Atlas Stone Over Yoke 175/115 10yrd Tire Flip 40 Log Hang to Overhead 135/85 *For Time* Rules: -Bench Press: Shoulders and butt must remain contact with Bench. Fingers must be within last knurl mark. -1 guy and 1 girl can flip the tire together. -Dropping Log for Overhead is a No Rep. (Must lower down till past the knees) -Tire must pass cones completely. -GHD: Shoulders pass below PVC Target, both hands must touch foot pads.
