Sport 4 Person COED (2 men, 2 women) This division is for the teams that want to challenge themselves in endurance, teamwork and some higher skill sets of some gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting. Below are some of the strength and skill sets that might be needed for at least 2 athletes on the team. Bar Muscle Ups OR Chest to Bar Pull Ups Deadlift 185/105 Bench Press 155/100 Shoulder to Overhead 155/100 Back Squat 155/100 Clean and Jerk 155/100 Run, Ski Erg, Bike
Sport 6 Person COED (3 men, 3 women) This division is for the teams that want to challenge themselves in endurance, teamwork and some higher skill sets of some gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting. Titan 3 Men Division This division is for smaller teams (2-3) of the same GENDER. The grit needed to push in this division is for athletes that want to push themselves in endurance, teamwork, basic strength and some basic body weight movements. Below are some of the strength and skill sets that might be needed from 2 athletes on the team.
