4 hour AMLAP on a 5k trail loop at Meeks Mountain Trails. 4 lap minimum

Shallow Grave

For Reps: • 5 x 3-Minute AMRAPS • 24/17 Cal Echo Bike • 5 Devil's Press (50's/35's) • Max SB OTS (100/80) • 1 min rest b/t rounds Score = SB OTS reps

Deadlift AMRAP: • As many reps as possible on each bar (30 seconds on/30 seconds off) Barbell weights • Bar 1- 225/135 • Bar 2- 275/185 • Bar 3- 335/225 • Bar 4- 405/255 •• Bar 5- 455/295 Bar 6- 500/325 Score= Total WEIGHT

Under Fire

For Time: - ½ mile run to the shooting zone - Perform 10 burpees at your lane - Fire 10 rounds at target - Target hits per shot: - Center Ring = deduct 15 seconds - Inner Ring = deduct 10 seconds - Outer Ring = deduct 5 seconds - Miss = add 10 seconds - ½ Mile Run back to start point - Score = Total Time it takes to complete. Bob And Weave

• Start in the wave pool • Retrieve 3 dive rings and 1 shark (one at a time) • Drop each toy into your hula hoop • Then sprint to the field — wet and wild style Start at ENDLINE; Tie and Drag 2 sandbags (60's/40's) to 3 cone stations • Perform the following (with ONE sandbag): • 30 Shoulder-to-Overheads (goalie line) 30 Alt Shoulder Step Back Lunges (mid line) 30 Shoulder-to-Overheads (goalie line) Drag bags to ENDLINE Run/sprint/drag/carry bags back, cross ENDLINE Time stops when you cross the endline 15 Min CAP
